EHDN Clinical Research Congress 2026
It is our pleasure to invite you to
the EHDN Clinical Research Congress
which will take place in Krakow, Poland, October 22–24, 2026
(ICE Krakow Congress Centre, Marii Konopnickiej 17, 30-302 Kraków)
Building on the success of , the congress will further strengthen the integration of the clinical development programme. As in previous years, the biennial meeting will feature the EHDN Business Meeting, a strong focus on ongoing and upcoming clinical trials, and presentations on cutting-edge scientific advances.
All sessions will be open to clinicians, scientists, advocates, and family members impacted by Huntington’s disease. The networking and social programme will offer further opportunities to connect, collaborate, and engage across the Huntington’s disease community.

Travel and Accommodation Reimbursement
Who is eligible?
- All regular members of EHDN
- Associate members who are active in working groups
- Two representatives from each Huntington’s disease association based in a European/affiliated country
What is covered?
- Members travelling within Europe: reimbursement of travel expenses up to 400 EUR
- Members travelling from non-European countries: reimbursement of travel expenses up to 600 EUR
Please note that reimbursement only covers accommodation (not 5*) and non-refundable, economy transportation (e.g., airfare, train, km via car).
Reimbursement is available only to EHDN members attending the congress. Partners/families/children are NOT reimbursed. Registration and meals are not covered.

Please note that applications for regular or associate membership received after 25 June 2026 will not confer eligibility for congress travel or accommodation reimbursement.
How do I apply for reimbursement?
Please download and complete the reimbursement form .
Reimbursement forms should be submitted no later than 31 December 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
