Strategy and aims

We will dynamically co-opt international expertise from other members of industry, health and academic organisations, as well as patient advocates/associations, working through organised virtual and in presence meetings to target these challenges and produce recommendations (white paper).

Projects

Previous projects

• Organize an online survey to identify translational bottlenecks for ATMP delivery in different trial centers.
• Virtual meetings were organized to pitch the idea to neurosurgeons actively working on ATMP delivery in UK, EU and US institutions and shape the survey. The results of the survey clearly identified a need to share failed and useful lessons from clinical trials going forward and a need to structure the community.

Ongoing projects

• Organized a workshop with experts to lay down the basis of a consensus publication that discusses possible solutions to current bottlenecks. The paper is ongoing and should be finalized in 2026.
